Create "User Badge Profile" Page

User Story
As a logged-in user (Badge Recipient)
- Within my user profile, I should see a section dedicated for my badges
- As I click on my badges, I should see a description of the badge
- If I do not want my badge added to my profile, I should be able to hide it
- If I do want my badge displayed on my profile, I should be able to unhide it

Acceptance Criteria
- Only logged-in users can see their badges
- Selecting a badge populates the details of that specific badge
- Select only one badge at a time
- The details of the badge should include the name of the recipient, description of the badge, and the tags associated w/ the badge.
