XML doesn't open in Chrome, Safari as of Jan 2015

It opens in Firefox but Firefox doesn't play audio.
It might be a Chrome/Safari security related issue?

But then why did the xml worked with Chrome/Safari in August...? (also these Stackoverflow issues are old...)
