Disable register and new corpus on spreadsheet

for #2095 we decided to tell everyone not to use the app next semester. we want to disable the new corpus and register buttons and try to make sure that anyone who migh tbe preparing for next semester knows that the app isnt stable and the classes last semester were very frustrated
