How to calc "num" column in CalcDriftsF3/test_input.txt

How do I calculate the "num" column to use the DriftsF3 scripts?

"num" is just the number of sites in the entire genome that follow the
particular allelic configuration described by the other columns. So for
example, the line:
22 100 24 100 28 100 4
...means that there is a total of 4 sites in the genome where population A
has a derived allele frequency of 22/100, population B has a derived allele
frequency of 24/100 and population C has a derived allele frequency of
28/100.
