Hi! I've been using the Neutral Face Emoji Tools extension for a while now. It looks like the last update was ~a year ago. I'd love to pick up and maintain the extension.
Would you be okay with me forking this and maintaining a new version? And uploading my own version to the Chrome Extension store?
