Unable to fetch data from Postgres Database in FastReport Community Edition v2023.1.0

Describe the bug
I downloaded last version of Fast Report Designer Community Edition here -> https://github.com/FastReports/FastReport/releases/tag/v2023.1.0
I established connection to Postgres database, but it's unable to fetch the tables inside Data Wizard - the table list is empty

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Data' tab
2. Click right mouse button on 'Data Sources'
3. Select 'New Data Source'
4. Create New connection to postgres database
5. Click 'Test Connection' to verify it's connected
6. Click 'Ok'
7. Click 'Next'
8. See error that tables list is empty

Expected behavior
The Wizard displays tables available
