fancywm does not manage obs studio

Describe the bug
OBS Studio is a very popular application for windows content creators, and fancwm does not handle window resizing for obs windows for an unknown reason.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- FancyWM Version: latest
was an administrator privileges issue
