Motivation

电脑性能不足，全屏时FPS会很低，缩小窗口玩Minecraft会看不清英文配置项的字。谢谢，模组很棒。

Description

目前TweakerMoreOptionLabel里的TRANSLATION_SCALE值固定为0.65，想要添加一个配置项来自定义。
