Getting Assert Can modify errors when the scene is not networked.

I'm unable to create any sdf's because I get this error saying I need a network owner, but I don't want the scene to be networked. Is there a way to get around this? I've modified it so it asserts true when the scene is not networked. But I don't love that solution.
You just need to clone it even when its not networked.
