Resources and FaceFX.ini are only found if the plugin is in the Engine/Plugins directory tree

When this happens, animations fail to import, no dialog is presented to the user to ask if they want to bring in animations, and the red/green circles indicating success/failure on the import summary fail to show up and you just see empty grey squares on the left under "Result"
