Unable to use Hub Commands

Despite being the server's owner, and giving myself all hub-related permissions using LuckPerms's editor, I am unable to use any of the commands of HubBasics.
It looks like an awesome and super necessary plugin, and so I would really like to resolve why I don't have permissions.
Perhaps there is a specific way to enable permissions for my use?

Hey there, are you experiencing this with Spigot/Bukkit or Bungeecord? The permission error may be coming from BungeeCord.
Also, which command are you using?
I'm using Spigot.
