Magnum Star Drei wasting EMC when put in table(t)

TBH, I don't know if it's limited to just the tier 3 magnum star, but I couldn't get it to happen with the two below it, but when put into the left side of a transmutation table, it will take a full charge even if it had EMC in it already. This issue occurred on Stoneblock, which is using the following mod versions:
ProjectEX-1.0.0.10
ProjectE-1.12-PE1.3.2h
unfortunately, because I'm playing on a server, I can't easily update my mods to see if it's been fixed more recently (I would have to downgrade again to get back on the server), so I apologize if this is old news (though in fairness, I also didn't see a closed issue for it on this tracker).
