Razers3 being slow

Hi,
I am running Razers3 for WES data inside the Docker container.
How fast is Razers3 supposed to be for fishing the HLA reads when run inside the container?
I'm running it on the verbose mode and it has processed like 2000 reads in 20 minutes. I have 15 million reads, so this would take forever.
Increasing threads helps
