Locate should not track user

The locate button should work as a "single-shot" tool: you click it, it finds and zooms to your location, then turns off. Currently, the application requires interaction from the user to turn off the locate feature; this should be automatic.

Perhaps lc.stopFollowing()?

Actually, no, I like your solution better. lol I'm gonna ask Stephen what he was thinking. I can't remember if it was ok to leave the button on as long as it didn't follow you, or whether it should work the way I described (and you implemented!). :)
