esim 2.4 File is not Shown in esimSubckt Library

esim version 2.4 for windows 64 bit have an issue regarding esim subckt libraray.
when Create Subcircuit file click on edit/delete/insert button than the new window is open when we click on filter and select on esim_subckt libraray our file is not found which we created.
But, when we close esim and check on FOSSEE folder->esim->library->subckt libraray->File(present) which is not shown in sub_ckt while running in esim.
