Gatekeeper RDS: Support Temporary Access for Oracle Databases

We need to be able to enable temporary access to Oracle databases running on RDS
We won't directly support Oracle due to their restrictive license; But we added ways for you to create your own external DB Connection class that can work with Oracle (you'll need to rebuild it yourself though. More details to come...)
