Added fields to the enforcement report response

Updates need to be made to the documentation due to the fact that the following fields have been added to the enforcement report responses.

recall_number is a string.
openfda.original_packager_product_ndc is a list of strings.
openfda.original_packager_product_ndc.exact is a list of strings.
