The Ahwassa's new damage model enables it to circumvent ASF-armor

Describe the bug
As per armordefinition.lua, ASFs are supposed to receive 90% less damage from the Ahwassa's bomb ('OtheTacticalBomb 0.1'). Since the rework this is not the case anymore, the new damage model appears to ignore the armordefinition.
