Add 'Include' header to all README files.

No, we should not do this. We need to add a #load header between #install and #use in all README files. It is easy to forget to add the include line to your script after installing a peer. Maybe there is a nice way to prepend installed ExtendScript peers automatically. But at the moment I am not sure what would be a good pattern for that.
