using XRNodeVelocityEstimator instead

with the fix for XRNodeVelocityEstimator, should we use it in place of the AverageVelocityEstimator?
No, i think the AverageVelocityEstimator performs better than the built in Unity stuff so i feel its best to go with what works better.
