Wrong recommendation `RC_OPTIONS = 9` in ArduPilot setup

The documentation page tells the ArduPilot users to set RC_OPTIONS to 9.
This appears to be a (huge) mistake, since RC_OPTIONS is a bitmask, and in particular the 0-th bit disables the RC receiver altogether. This problem reportedly causes misunderstanding among novice users.
I believe the intention was to set the 9-th bit to 1 instead, whose meaning is to "Suppress CRSF mode/rate message for ELRS systems". But I am not completely sure, so I would like the maintainers to decide on how to fix the doc.
