Add landscape layout for tablet

Add layout like on Google Play Store on tablet
- Add bottom bar at the left
- Shown list of app on 2 columns in AppFragment and TrackersFragment
Hey if no one is working on this I would love to have a try at it.
Let's go, i have planned to publish new release in september
