Change field titles in `show drive -d` output for clarity

Please change the Block Size (BS) column label to Sector Size for clarity.

Also, please change the SubQ column label to QPs instead. A submission queue is only half of a queue pair (submission + completion queue), and that value reported is actually the number of queue pairs supported by each drive.
