Attaching two monitors results in black screens after setting the wrong resolution

Hi there,

I am using two monitors with my Mac. It seems I set a wrong resolution, because after doing so, both monitors went black. Reboot is no help and neither is closing the app.

Individually, both monitors work fine.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
