I edited the 'force' with the same as the path.

Got it. When editing the user config, instead of the 0 or 1, it listed the entry as true. So, I as pictured, typed false. Reading the error message was all I truly needed to do. Changed my ''false" with "0" . It gave a message about not location briefly and then the program launched. I closed and launched again and it worked. Thank you for your program.
