express3-handlebars npm package renamed

Creating this as an FYI for the next update to the book. express3-handlebars has been renamed to express-handlebars. See here.
@EthanRBrown you may have already seen it but I didn't see it in the issue tracker.
Closing since I noticed in another, unrelated issue that you're aware of the change.
