STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

In APP-6(D)(1) Table 8-3 the example for BOUNDARY SIDC 110100 has the statements:

"There is no associated symbol. It is included for training or hierarchical explanation purposes."

"See Table 8-2 and examples below"

This provides conflicting information to implementers as this tells them that there is no symbol and there is also a set of draw rules for this symbol.

PROPOSED SOLUTION:

Reword the example text as below.

DELETE
"There is no associated symbol. It is included for training or hierarchical explanation purposes."

"See Table 8-2 and examples below"

INSERT
"See Table 8-2 for examples."
