Release binaries with checksums

Please consider releasing binaries for Linux, MacOS with checksums, so users can try it out easily and provide feedback.
I might do this in the future, but I am working on other things. If you'd like to package this yourself for apt or brew or whatever you like do feel free. Someone already had done this for the void repository I believe
