Regression: Horizontal scrolling doesn't work in 0.10.1

Describe the bug
I can't scroll horizontally in any way.
The issue is specific to 0.10.1, and goes away if I revert to 0.10.0
Expected behavior
I should be able to scroll horizontally ;)
