Trollsploit Rick Ascii doesnt work

Expected behavior
Trying to use powershell/trollsploit/rick_astley but it just opens a new commandline on the victim and exits with an error. I dont know what error, because commandline window is closed super fast.
Victim is Windows 7.
I believe this module relies on internet access. If you were trying to do this in an internet-free environment, then it most likely will not work.
