[BUG] FloodgateAPI cannot detect FloodgatePlayer if force-offline-uuid is true.

Describe the bug
Floodgate has UUIDs that java players cannot have. If force-offline-uuid is true, floodgate cannot detect bedrock players through any API usage.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set 'force-offline-uuid' in config to 'true'
  2. Join as a Bedrock Player
  3. Floodgate API Instance won't be able to detect bedrock players properly due to the modified UUID.

Expected behavior
Floodgate API Instance detects bedrock players and the players have normal UUIDs.
