Description

Clarification of in this link's (4.Raise a Pull Request) first bullet point, it states after the options Code and Issues.
As per my interpretation, the steps are in order and we are supposed to be the new person's repository here, as I was in this step. So as per this, there is no issues section in other person's repo, it's only code which is present.
I think issues can be removed from that sentence.

I understand it is correct if we are in the original repo but we are not supposed to be according to the step.
