Keep Rmd optionally?

I think it would be good to include a logical argument keep.template or similar in all R functions so that users can optionally keep the Rmd template in the output dir. That way, it is much easier for them to make minor edits to the Rmd template (and resulting pdf) if they wish.
I think this should be keep.template = FALSE by default, to keep things simple for everyone. But users could turn it TRUE, and that would be really helpful to many users I think. Otherwise to make any modification they have to look for the template in the source code, etc
