Entity list and gizmos

- Display entities on the right side of the GL viewport
- When an entity is selected a gizmo appears on the object in the viewport
- Qt item selection
- The gizmo translates, rotates and scales the object (only for colliders right now)
- Renderable entities that are selected are tinted green
