Vibrancy not working at all

I have the last version of vscode same with the extension
-I restarted my JSON config but no that was not the problem
I have windows 11
I change the theme as I was told but nothing

Well for it is still not working as well, I have downgarded my version and changed my JSON config and nothing.
I found another extension btw
