[BUG] Cannot build the app for android

[LBF38]

Steps to reproduce

I followed the instructions on the README, same as usual Flutter projects.

1. Get the repo locally
2. Run flutter pub get to get deps
3. Run flutter run to launch the app on Android Emulator

Expected behavior

The app should launch and build normally using Gradle.assembleDebug

Actual behavior

There is a Gradle Build error. More generally, there are issues in dependencies.
