The loves DB is case-sensitive

The who-loves-what database is currently stored with case-sensitive nicknames. We need to replace the code that saves/looks-up loves (-loves, -hates, -wholoves, -whohates, etceteras) with code that universally downcases all nicknames; we'll also have to batch-update all the existing loves-db.
