Optimize Hand & Optimize Joker correlation with hand size?

Description of the bug
At a certain hand size -- I think it's around 10 or 11 cards -- both of these checkboxes cannot both be on. Is this intentional?
Yes. Because at that point, the calculation would take an unreasonably long period of time.
