Browser detection on Android is broken

At least visiting with Chrome. You get what looks like the desktop installation button, but you should instead get a version of the "browser not supported" page, one with a message about how Chrome on Android doesn't support extensions, but that Firefox for Android does.

It would be fine to just show the first part of the browser not supported message.
