Moz-extension showing up at the address bar when shifting from website A to B

Type: Extension Issue

When browsing websites using FF,TB when i go lets say from DuckDuckGo search engine to x website inbetween the transaction of switching from DDG to the x website this will show up: (Extension Manifest URL at the address bar)
