Investigate potential memory leaks with reloads

Current leak warnings are insufficient, so it is hard to tell if there are actually memory leaks. Memory usage appears to be normal.
Some comments are apparently not reloaded properly, which could cause memory leaks... among other issues.
Seems to be a GraalJS bug after all.
