thesishandbook.pdf, wrong link?

The file 'thesishandbook.pdf is mentioned but I think it refers to thesismanual.pdf. It should be hyperlinked either way. I'll wait to do this until the file is in MD format. For internal hyperlinks to PDF's use ?raw=true at the end of the link to allow a direct download.
Good catch, and thanks for the pointer. I'm working on converting the rst file to md now.
