Sometimes warp on rankup does not work

When ranking up, the rankup command to warp to the next mine sometimes or most of the time prevents the player from proceeding. I tried worldguard commands to add members to allow entering the region on rankup, but it still does the same thing as well.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- It is mostly random, but doing /rankup faster will produce the issue.
Note: Even when taking time between /rankup, will still produce the issue.

So the rewards are giving properly, but the warps are not working? I can see in the video that there is a message saying 'Teleport location is unsafe. 3rd party plugin'. Can you please check which plugin causes that?
