Consider dumping pdf generation for ASCI Doc

This would allow me to make a nice web viewable document with a side index. It's just nicer.
- embedding fonts? (with css?)
- looks a lot like markdown but with more features
- ask Huldra for examples

- Not module compatible it doesn't seem, so might have to inject
