[Bug]: imageglass app address error

Prerequisites

- I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.
Package Name
imageglass
Expected/Current Behaviour
ImageGlass should be installed correctly.
Steps to Reproduce
>scoop install imageglass
