Devices sometimes disconnect and reconnect (during the night), causing automation to trigger unexpectedly

When a client disconnects, I can add some logic to ignore the event if the client reconnects within X seconds. This would make the plugin realize that someone has left the house more slowly, but should not affect changing rooms (roaming).
