Gettext integration

In order to solve the issue Douane/Douane#31 we have to implement gettext in order to translate the application in different languages.
I recommend to use the launchpad.net platform for the translation interface.
Lauchpad.net has been chosen for the translation and here is the project: https://launchpad.net/douane.
This repo has moved to GitLab and this issue has been imported. You can access it here.
