The champion skills don't level up auto
Would you have a description of the situation where this happened?
Which champion, were you dead, on the way to recall, etc.
You can also check the file logger.py in the logger folder and enable the function parameter log_to_file=True
Then if this happen during a game, feel free to send me the logfile to my email.
