Stuttering Issue with Quest Logging On

What happened?
The game stutters with quest logging on. I've turned off everything else and messed with the other options but eventually determined that quest logging was the culprit of the low performance but i do not know why. I have a 5600x cpu and 6600xt gpu if that helps at all.

Stuttering still seems to occur even with quest logging off now. Like if i alt tab or switch windows suddenly but its inconsistent a bit. All i know is that it somehow works better for me with it off. I have also noticed that if i press the "show desktop" button at bottom right section of my screen, it will not display the overlay in mezeporta or in quests and i have to reboot the overlay to get it to work again.
It would seem as if reinstalling the game, changing my resolution back to native, or reinstalling the mhfz overlay fixed the issue or at the very least its not noticeable to me anymore. Thank you for your guys hard work on this project.
