Service started? But can't access manager

Describe the bug
The port to access spool manager times out, as if the service isn't started.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. From Mainsail, Spoolman menu, open spool manager
2. Browser page times out

Installed on raspberry pi 3b+
Standard port & IP:7912
Accessing via SSH and trying to manually start the service shows another service already bound to port 7912

I'm also not sure how to uninstall and reinstall/try with Docker. Thanks.

Corrected the local IP address in the .env file on Raspberry Pi. Fixed now.
